Why should I use the app?
The app was created with these objectives:
- To have an electronic copy of all my certificates, licenses etc. in my phone SECURELY so I can refer to them as and when I need to.
- To ALERT me when I have licenses due for renewal.
- EASY VIEWING of all my CPD/CME points together with the certificate of attendance, receipts etc. for reference.
- EXPORT out all your uploaded images, CPD/CME summary, roster etc. easily to your email for offline viewing/archiving.
- SEPERATE photos related to work from personal. Upload roster, on-call list etc. to the app secured.
- MONITOR the leaves I have taken and balances.
- VIEW upcoming conferences, news, advertisement and job listing in the information tab.

Is the web-based software for app users?
NO. The web-based software is meant for the management and Roster masters of your institutions or workplace.
Why should employers purchase and use the web-based software?
The purpose of the web-based software is to allow:
- FASTER and EASIER way to plan roster for their staff.
- Dashboard function allows QUICK and SUMMARISED view of important information. No more fumbling through emails, messages on the phone etc. to retrieve information pertaining to staff or workplace.
- No more chasing after staff for copies of their renewed licenses / receipts etc. Simply RETRIEVE from server (*requires permission from app user first).
- SIMPLIFY planning and paperwork for events/meetings etc. with the events creation function that is sync with the app.
- EXPORT and DOWNLOAD functions available for easy offline viewing or archiving.
Are all my information and images uploaded secured?
All your information and images uploaded to the server are all secured. Even if your employer has the web-based software, in order for them to retrieve your uploaded images, permission from you is required.
The app has been designed such that no personal information (such as NRIC, Passport number, address etc.) are collected from you. Only mobile number and email are required for verification purposes.
