Tom is a Diagnostic Radiographer by training, graduated from Nanyang Polytechnic Diagnostic Radiography course in 2006.

His experience includes helping in setting up the Mount E. Novena General X-ray section and managing Radiology Department at Parkway East Hospital, MediRad and National Healthcare Group - Diagnostic.

He is also a freelance magician at themagicscientist.com and is the first approved full-time locum that allows him to practise at any Radiology department in Singapore under his sole-proprietor company RadMagix.

​

Radmagix Tech Pte. Ltd. was setup in March 2019 to address the issues identified among the various Healthcare Professionals and work operations processes.

Dr Tham is a Senior Consultant Radiologist with a subspecialty in Musculoskeletal and Sports Imaging and Spine Intervention.

He is a firm believer in cross-industry collaborations leading to deep technology start upsdealing with Artificial Intelligence and Deep Learning in Healthcare.

He served as Chairman and CEO of Cornerstone Asia Tech Pte Ltd and was responsible for setting its strategic direction and vision. He founded The Analytics Company, in 2003 and served as the Managing Director for its overall activities and its Business Intelligence Practice until 2007, when it was merged with Cornerstone Asia. He has over 20 years of senior IT management experience in MNCs involved in financial services, healthcare, insurance and telecom industries.

Leo is a technopreneur and has built his technology career over 20 years ranging from architectural consulting to projects, solution design and delivery for the Singapore govt, and various hospitals and health authorities in the Asian region.

He was the regional IT and Product Director of MIMS. Prior to that, Leo was the Applications Manager and Lead Architect for HP Outsourcing Services. Leo is our Chief Technology Officer responsible for our technology and product development.
